Cooking procedure

Fried chopped onions in heated well till light brown. Add Radhuni khichuri mix and boiled water in it and cover the vessel. When water is absorbed spread green chili and keep the vessel on low heat for 15-20 minutes to get it properly boiled and making free from moisture. Then put down the vessel and serve hot.

*for better aroma you may spread 2 tablespoons ghee on khichuri when water is absorbed

*no need to add salt.

*the above quantity is suitable for serving 4-5 persons.
