Shipping policy

1. In-Store Pickup

• At this time, we offer in-store pickup only for all orders placed online.

• Customers can collect their orders during store hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, daily.
  

2. Delivery Services (Coming Soon)

• We do not currently offer home delivery.

• Our team is working to launch a local delivery service in the near future. Once available, we will update this policy and notify customers via our website and email.

3. Order Collection Requirements

• Please bring your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) when collecting your purchase.

• For meat and perishable items, please inspect your products before leaving the store, as these items are non-returnable.
